week 1 @ Velocity

well week 1 is done at velocity and i had a blast and so glad to be back with my gym family and doing my les mills classes.  week 2 will start monday!

Monday - BodyPump
Tuesday - BodyPump
Wednesday - BodyAttack
Thursday - Sha'Bam
Friday - BodyStep

so that is my schedule for this week - i figure it's good to get it down and public so that i stick with it!

eat healthy

well i have been to the gym all 4 days this week! i'm so proud of myself!!

and i have myself a couple buddies who we are going to try to keep each other on track - we are going to weigh in with each other once a week - share food ideas and tips.  i also signed up for a nutrition consultation - and i think we'll meet once a week for about a month.

i'm getting really excited - i feel GREAT after my workouts and i'm giving it all i got - i just have to get my eating under control.

YES i drank water today - but not enough
YES i did an amazing dance workout tonight
YES i ate a decent lunch from Subway

i have had way too much regular soda recently.  i know i won't be able to cut out soda completely - but i need to do better and at least switch to diet soda.

water

i have been falling asleep in this chair - so here is a quick update

NO i didn't log my food at all today

YES i did drink about 5 glasses of water!

the above is what i wrote last night before i fell asleep again - i woke up at 10:20 and just shut the computer and went to bed!

my last YES is i went to the gym for the Amazing Workout - the first ever at Velocity Fitness!

so now it's time to get on to today!

NO i didn't log my food
NO i didn't drink my water like i should (maybe 3 glasses - boo!)

YES i went to the gym and had a great workout with BodyPump
YES i had a healthy dinner - fish filet and brown and wild rice

it's little steps - i'm going to get it!

tonight's weigh-in: 217.8 (-1.8 since Sunday)

let's get this party started!

well here i go again!  it's time for this baby weight to come off and it is! i have started to think about what all i did when i lost the first time - and i know one thing was i blogged - so here i am again - and i hope it keeps me going.

i have 70 lbs to lose to get to my goal.... i am on WW online (unfortunately do not have time to go to a meeting) and my new gym is opening up tomorrow and i can't wait to get back on with my les mills classes.  i just have to keep my schedule on track so that way i can get in from work to get aiden and to the gym.
