well i have been to the gym all 4 days this week! i'm so proud of myself!!
and i have myself a couple buddies who we are going to try to keep each other on track - we are going to weigh in with each other once a week - share food ideas and tips. i also signed up for a nutrition consultation - and i think we'll meet once a week for about a month.
i'm getting really excited - i feel GREAT after my workouts and i'm giving it all i got - i just have to get my eating under control.
YES i drank water today - but not enough
YES i did an amazing dance workout tonight
YES i ate a decent lunch from Subway
i have had way too much regular soda recently. i know i won't be able to cut out soda completely - but i need to do better and at least switch to diet soda.
